I had a fantastic week at the hotel, enjoying the breathtaking views and delicious meals. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. We had a fantastic time at the hotel during our getaway in Chamonix. The location was perfect for exploring the town and accessing the nearby activities, especially the Aiguille Du Midi lift. Our family room was stylish and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. I treated myself to a night at l'Heliopic, and while the rooms were comfortable and the amenities decent, I found the experience lacking in several areas. The spa was nice but crowded, and my massage was unfortunately not up to par. The dining was the biggest letdown-great food but terrible service, which really dampened my stay. Overall, it was overpriced for what I received.
